Y U LIKE EATING

💔 There are several reasons why we like to eat. One reason is that when we don't get to                       rest,our levels of ghrelin (a hormone that makes us want to eat) go up, while our levels of                 leptin (a hormone that decreases hunger and the desire to eat) go down . 💕  Another reason is that we might have learned to use overeating as a coping mechanism to               deal with emotions, or as a way to keep emotions at bay . 💗 Additionally, our daily food choices are influenced by a variety of factors, including taste,                social situations, budgets, sleep schedules, stress levels, and time constraints . 👍  We also make more than 200 food decisions each day, but we are unaware of 90% of them . 💖 Finally, the release of dopamine, a brain chemical that motivates us to engage in rewarding             behaviors, is triggered when we eat sweet and salty foods, and over time, our tolerance for               these foods builds up
